So, the new episode should be arriving within the next week. I decided that I am going to try to get a variety of editors for the show, so from now on, I am only accepting submissions from editors who have not edited the last 2 shows.

While on the subject, I have gathered about 80% of the material for Episode 3, and I have  started accepting editing samples on MinimumNoise.  I also just started gathering material for the April episode.  I’m finally catching up!

I think I am going to stop posting the raw material and start posting it in big batches.  As it is, it is very spammy.

I’m 28 years old, currently completing my final year of BA(hons) in Creative Music and Sound Technology at Leeds Metropolitan University.
I spent the last seven or eight years working as a care worker for people with brain injuries while doing musical projects on the side. I finally realised that I had to pursue my passion for music full time and joined up at Leeds Met.
I’m self taught on guitar and piano and I’m always trying to learn new instruments (I’m currently annoying the neighbours with a screechy second-hand violin!).
I compose and arrange in a wide variety of genres and I do a bit of live sound here and there. I love the internet and all the new challenges and opportunities it presents.

In addition, Ignacio Falk from Chile made the introduction.  Ignacio is a sound engineer from chile, who has worked in some radio stations (news and music). He plays the guitar and drums and makes his own guitar effects and audio equipment.

If you check out the contest page, you will see that we had some wonderful submissions from around the world.  Radius_Vector and SergeiStern provided some info about themselves.

I’m a 21 year old guitarist/composer. Actually a bio-engineer by qualification, but a music enthusiast by the night, and a business developer for an online gaming firm by the day. I’m 28 years old, finished piano school in Russia and then got Bmus in composition and conducting from Israeli Academy of music, Tel aviv’s university.
Playing guitar, singing, arranging, composing. Now I’m mostly fond of creating music for video games, commercials and films and also working as session guitarist.
Hobbies.. I love sports, especially basketball.. I love literature, cinema and now planning to create and sell graphic stuff as well. I like drawing.
